The Sketchbook Project is a global art project that has its roots and base in Brooklyn, New York. A clean sketchbook is sent to all participants who are then asked to fill it up with whatever they feel like. Once completed you return it to them and it goes into their public library. For more about this or to participate please visit brooklynartlibrary
Each year they give you several themes to trigger your imagination. In 2012 I picked the subject “Sandwiches”. My book can also be viewed at www.sketchbookproject.com
In 2013, they didn’t provide themes so I came up with my own. I bought a pack of fortune cookies and used each fortune to inspire my pages. My book can also be viewed at www.sketchbookproject.com
